Eating healthy was easy for me… until I had children! In my teens and early 20’s, I
soaked up everything I could about nutrition, weight loss and body shaping.  I became a body builder and focused on just the essentials and what my body needed. A
typical meal for me was grilled chicken breast, steamed broccoli and rice.  I was focused on my goals and didn’t care how bland or boring my meals were.

Now over 15 years later, two children, over 50lbs of fast lost two times, a
thriving business, I have had to re-educate myself to find more creative meals that still didn’t
veer too far away from my nutrition back-bone and yet fit my current lifestyle.

But, wouldn’t it be great to just have our meals delivered to our door each day, or
better yet a personal chef??? Don’t get me wrong, I considered both, but
decided not to go that route. I knew it would not be practical for most of my
clients for two reasons

  1. Both options can get very expensive
  2. Learning how and preparing your own meals is a  priceless education that will set you up for a lifetime of healthier eating.

I found a way to eat that work that works for my now more complicated lifestyle and put it into a program to help other women. Over the past few year, I have worked with hundreds of ladies on their nutrition program by providing nutrition seminars and workshops,  as well as meal plans and recipes in my Bikini Boot Camp Program and monthly challenges. You can read about their success here. This program has provided what has now become Niki G’s Nutrition Program and is free for all subscribers!’
I created this blog and newsletter to keep healthy eating very simple for you, so you will actually do it!
